Why a privacy statement?
The purpose of this privacy statement is to inform visitors to the website hosted at https://joppart.be of how data is collected and processed by the data controller. The controller's wish is to act in full transparency, in compliance with the law of 8 December 1992 on the protection of privacy with regard to the processing of personal data Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such personal data and on the free movement of such data (RGPD or GDPR). What personal data are processed?
By visiting and using this website, the user expressly consents to the collection and processing of the following personal data by the data controller in accordance with the methods and principles described:
